I interviewed Cory Doctorow
Sep. 12th, 2008 02:22 amAround the time Cory Doctorow's new book, Little Brother, came out, he moved to London and had a new baby. I'd read Little Brother - his up-to-the-minute, San Francisco-based riff on Orwell's 1984 - in galleys from a reading he gave in San Diego. (Cory believes in making his books freely available.) It was a daring and thought-provoking read. All in all, it looked like a good time to interview him. We talked about babies, terrorists, surveillance, and his book.
