Harbinger of the Storm by Aliette de Bodard

My writer-friend Aliette de Bodard has her second Aztec novel coming out soon: Harbinger of the Storm. This book follows Servant of the Underworld. They're mysteries set in a fantastical Aztec world; the protag is the priest Acatl.  Aliette's in my writing group, and so I got to beta-read these terrific books.

One of these days, I'd love to do a post about book trailers. I don't know if they sell books, but many of them are fun to watch. But it's annoying not to to be able to embed them. One of these days, I'll figure it out.
