Delhi High Court Rules Gay Sex Legal
Jul. 2nd, 2009 05:09 amGay sex has been illegal in India for 140 years. (British law - they ruled India then.)
That changed with a ruling from the Delhi High Court. I'd like to see the Supreme Court establish this, too.
