The F&SF Competition

I didn't even know that Fantasy and Science Fiction has any kind of on-line presence, thinking of it entirely as a paper-based magazine that doesn't take electronic submissions. 

Thanks to Clarionite Shweta, I discovered that they do indeed have a website, and they  take electronic submissions - to their humor competitions. So I entered, and placed second in something called Rewrite-ku: A haiku re-write of a well-known speculative fiction story. I can't publish it here until after they do, but it was fun to write, and fun to get the acknowledgement. A little pop to my day.
